Proof of income, like a recent pay stub or benefits letter, showing steady money coming in. W-2, 1099, self-employed, SSI/disability, and pension all count.

Time at residence and time at job. Doesn't have to be years; a few months with the right pattern works for most applicants.

Do you really not check credit?
Correct. Mountville Motors does not run a traditional credit pull. We look at four things: documented income, residence and income stability, a down payment (at least $1,000), and a valid Pennsylvania driver's license. Your credit score does not enter the conversation.
How does no credit check car financing work?
We're a Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) dealer in Columbia, Pennsylvania. That means we extend financing in-house: no bank, no third-party lender. Because we hold the loan ourselves, we can look at your current income and stability rather than your FICO score. Payments are every week or every two weeks, matched to your pay schedule.
What's the catch with no credit check car loans?
There isn't one. But here's the honest tradeoff: we don't compete on the lowest interest rate. We compete on accessibility. If you have steady income but rough credit, you're in the conversation. The vehicle, your down payment (at least $1,000), and your payment schedule are all transparent up front. We walk through the exact drive-away numbers for your situation when you come in.
What if I've been turned down at other dealerships?
That's many of our 1,000+ customers since 2002. Banks and franchise dealers reject for a credit score under their cutoff. We don't have that cutoff. Past repossessions, bankruptcy, charge-offs, and thin credit files do not disqualify you here. The only filter is the four criteria above.
Is no credit check the same as guaranteed approval?
No, and we're upfront about that. We have requirements: income, stability, a down payment of at least $1,000, and a valid PA license. We'd rather be straight with you up front than waste your time. If you have those four things, you're in the conversation.
What kind of cars can I get without a credit check?
