Coverage included with every vehicle

Warranty & service contract

Every Mountville vehicle goes home with two layers of coverage at no extra cost. Here's exactly what's covered, what isn't, and how to use it.

Standard warranty

30 days / 1,000 miles

100% parts and labor on covered repairs in the first 30 days or 1,000 miles.

What's covered:
  • ✓ Engine
  • ✓ Transmission
  • ✓ Differential
Service contract

18 months / 24,000 miles

$100 deductible per visit. Cost included in financing.

What's covered:
  • ✓ Engine
  • ✓ Transmission
  • ✓ Transfer case
  • ✓ Drive axle
  • ✓ Starter, alternator, ignition cylinder
Important: not bumper-to-bumper.

These coverages focus on the most expensive failure points. They do not cover: brakes, tires, batteries, belts, hoses, A/C compressors, body damage, glass, or routine maintenance. Read the documents you sign at delivery for full terms.

If something breaks

Here's exactly what to do.

  1. 1
Stop driving if it's serious. If the engine is making bad noises, transmission is slipping, or check engine light is flashing — pull over and call.
  2. 2
Contact Katalina immediately. 717-681-9610 ext. 108 or text 717-340-9060. She handles all service issues. Earlier is better — don't wait days.
  3. 3
Get a written estimate before work begins. If you're using an outside repair facility, the shop must send a written estimate to Katalina for pre-authorization. Labor rate cap is $120/hour.
  4. 4
Keep printed maintenance receipts. Your service contract requires you to keep up with regular maintenance and have printed receipts (with your name, vehicle info, VIN, mileage). Handwritten receipts aren't accepted.
Warranty & service contract questions

Honest answers.

What does the 30-day warranty cover?
Engine, transmission, and differential — 100% parts and labor for covered repairs during the first 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. If something breaks in those areas in that window, it's on us.
What does the 18-month service contract cover?
Engine, transmission, transfer case, drive axle, plus key electrical components (starter, alternator, ignition cylinder). Coverage runs 18 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. There's a $100 deductible per visit.
Is it bumper-to-bumper coverage?
No. We're upfront about that. The coverage focuses on the most expensive failure points (engine, drivetrain, key electrical). Wear items (brakes, tires, batteries, belts, A/C compressors), body damage, glass, and routine maintenance are not covered.
Where can I get covered repairs done?
You can use our service team (contact Katalina at 717-681-9610 ext. 108) or any licensed repair facility. For outside facilities, the labor rate is capped at $120/hour, and you must get a written estimate to Katalina BEFORE work begins so we can pre-authorize.
Do I need to keep up with maintenance?
Yes. To keep the service contract valid, you need to keep up with regular maintenance (oil changes, etc.) and keep printed receipts. Receipts must show your name, vehicle info, VIN, and mileage. Handwritten receipts won't be accepted.
How do I file a claim?
Call or text Katalina at 717-681-9610 ext. 108 (or text 717-340-9060) the moment something goes wrong. She handles all service issues directly. Don't wait — earlier is better.
Do I pay extra for the warranty and service contract?
The 30-day warranty is included free — no charge. The 18-month service contract has a cost, but it's bundled into your loan financing — there's no separate charge to you at signing, and you don't get a separate bill for it. It shows up rolled into your weekly or bi-weekly payment.
